Kirk has more than three decades of technology leadership experience aligning technology strategy with business outcomes, M&A activities, building high-performing IT organizations, and driving transformational change across complex enterprises in multiple industries—including heavy equipment, logistics, financial services, and consumer technology. Kirk is an innovative and collaborative executive who understands how to deliver results while empowering people, strengthening culture, and creating sustainable business value.

Prior to joining Quantix, Kirk served as CIO for Foley Industries, a provider of heavy equipment, power solutions, and services to construction and other sectors. Prior to that, he was CIO at transportation and logistics provider Jack Cooper Investments, where he spearheaded digital transformation, ERP implementations, cloud strategy, and cybersecurity programs. Early in his career, he held key roles at Jack Henry & Associates, Papa John’s, and JB Hunt.
