As Chief Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Officer, David is responsible for advancing our Safety Culture of Excellence and establishing Quantix as an EHS&S and DOT leader in the industry. David is a strategic leader with a proven track record of building and leading cross-functional, multi-site teams that operate in a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible manner.
